We are a community-based transition program for students with disabilities aged 18-21 years old who received a certificate of completion from high school.

Facilitate students' passage from school to the community and from adolescence to adulthood.

Supporting young adult students with disabilities plan and prepare for a meaningful adultfuture. A meaningful future is defined by the adult student, his/her family, and other significant people in a planning process that focuses on the student's strengths, preferences, interests, and needs (SPIN).
